We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping for $10.00. All flat rate orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Expedited shipping services are offered via FedEx 2Day Shipping, and pricing is dependent upon the total dimensional weight of your order.

Orders over $75.00 ship for free!

Boppy.com orders are packed and shipped from our Arkansas based distribution center in 2-3 business days. Transportation time will vary depending on where packages are being shipped.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Custom Feeding Support orders require additional processing time.

return policy

Products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on boppy.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers. Custom Boppy® Nursing Support orders cannot be canceled or returned. The Boppy Company, LLC accepts returns on merchandise that is unused and unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Boppy Company, LLC is not responsible for lost returns. All returns are subject to the discretion of The Boppy Company, LLC.

If your product is defective and it was purchased over 30 days ago (but is less than one-year old), please refer to our one-year Boppy Warranty for replacement.

Customers wishing to receive a refund for a Newborn Lounger must follow the recall refund instructions found here.

You may also call The Boppy Company toll-free at 800-416-1355 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday for assistance with your refund.

Newborn Lounger returns will not be accepted through the Boppy.com return portal, regardless of purchase date. We cannot process any refund payments for Newborn Loungers that are not submitted through our call center or online recall form.

At The Boppy Company, our goal is to make your life as a caregiver more comfortable. We make versatile, innovative products that support you and baby.  

We warrant that all Boppy® products, except for Boppy® Healthcare products, will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, failure to follow the instructions on installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration. On this page, “Boppy® Products” means all covered products (i.e., all Boppy® products except for Boppy® Healthcare products).

If your Boppy® Product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. Please read our full Boppy Limited Warranty.
