the boppy® limited warranty

At The Boppy Company, our goal is to make your life as a caregiver more comfortable. We make versatile, innovative products that support you and baby.  

We warrant that all Boppy® products, except for Boppy® Healthcare products, will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, failure to follow the instructions on installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration. On this page, “Boppy® Products” means all covered products (i.e., all Boppy® products except for Boppy® Healthcare products).

If your Boppy® Product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion.

We are aware of Boppy® branded Products being sold online by unauthorized sellers that are not subject to and do not follow our quality controls. Some unauthorized sellers are also selling products that appear to be authentic Boppy® Products but are actually counterfeit. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Boppy® Limited Warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

We strongly recommend that you purchase Boppy® Products only from Boppy.com or from one of our authorized retailers. When you buy from The Boppy Company directly, or from one of our authorized sellers, you can be sure that the products have been kept factory-sealed, have been subject to our quality controls, and are safe for use. Boppy® Products purchased through authorized distribution and retail channels come with the protection of the Boppy® Limited Warranty.

Boppy® brand slipcovers are specifically designed and made to fit Boppy® Pillows and are manufactured to meet The Boppy Company’s high standards. For best results, we recommend that only Boppy® Slipcovers are used on your Boppy Pillows. Products made by others and marketed to fit Boppy Pillows are not covered by the Boppy Limited Warranty

This warranty covers products that were received as gifts and which are otherwise eligible for this warranty. If your product was a gift, both the original receipt and gift receipt constitute proof of purchase.

If your product was purchased from one of our authorized sellers and you are not satisfied with the remedies offered by our authorized seller, you may submit your Warranty claim to us by calling one of our customer service representatives at +1(888)772-6779. If you do this, please have information available regarding where and when your product was purchased. We may also ask that you send an image of your product to info@boppy.com.

If your claim is approved, you will then need to mail your product, proof of purchase, and Warranty approval confirmation number to:

If your product was purchased from Boppy.com, please complete and submit our Boppy® Limited Warranty Form, which is available here. We will review the information you submit and then inform you whether your Warranty claim is approved or denied. We will also contact you if we need more information to resolve your Warranty claim. If your claim is approved, you will then need to mail your product, proof of purchase, and Warranty approval confirmation number to the above address.
